Pastel húmedo y dulce de harina de maíz relleno de pollo cocido a fuego lento y verduras, envuelto en hoja de plátano. Se sirve caliente. / Moist and sweet cornmeal cake stuffed with slow-cooked chicken and vegetables, wrapped in banana leaf. Served warm.
